So the rule of thumb with ab exercises is:
- Upper Ab Exercises are ones where the sternum is brought to the pelvic girdle. [Basic Crunch]
- Lower Ab Exercises are ones where the pelvic girdle is brought to the sternum. [Hanging Knee Raise]

- Hanging Knee Raise
- Hanging Leg Raise
- Bicycle Kicks
- Incline Leg Raise
- Reverse Crunch (Flat or Decline)
- Stability Ball Jackknife
